Theo is an approximately 2 year old shih tzu mix. He was picked up as a stray and was the shelter’s rescue coordinators favorite. When Theo arrived he was matted down to the skin. After a successful spa day at the groomers a handsome and grateful fella was found under the mats! Theo is crate and house trained however he prefers to have free range of his house and does like to bark at the squirrels.
